Aptitude testing

We have developed bespoke recruitment tests to identify people with naturally high levels of face identification ability. These ‘super-recognisers’ represent around 2% of the population and show high accuracy even under very challenging conditions.

By targeting recruitment at the top-end of the ability spectrum and actively avoiding those at the bottom-end, we have demonstrated accuracy gains of 25% in organisational settings.
